本中心于2001年1月由南洋理工大学和新加坡经济发展局共同成立,迄今已经有20年的历史。中心依托南大雄厚的工程和商业、管理学科基础,以及自身多年的积淀,丰富的经验,广阔的国际视野,形成了独特的教学方法和模式,开设了本科生、硕士生、企业家三个层次的长期及中短期的创业创新教育项目。中心拥有具备实践经验的师资,一流的教学设施,极力为参加学习学生、企业家、管理者和高科技人员提供最好的学习体验,并能提供英文和中文两种语言的课程。

同时,中心也构建了由海内外学术机构、 科研机构、 风险投资人、 政府创新主管部门、 各类企业所组成的独一无二的创业生态圈。为学员提供了全方位的支持。

Nanyang Technopreneurship Center (NTC) was jointly established by Nanyang Technological University and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) in January 2001.
