新加坡国立大学李光耀公共政策学院正式成立于2004年,它的前身是新加坡国立大学与美国哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院1992年联手创办的公共政策硕士课程。学院通过国际合作有效地提升培养新一代具有环球视野的公共政策决策者的能力。
目前,李光耀公共政策学院开设博士学位以及四个硕士学位课程：国际事务硕士学位、公共政策硕士学位、公共行政硕士学位、以及以中文授课的高级公共行政与管理硕士学位,专为公共服务部门、国有企业、跨国企业以及非盈利机构的掌舵人所设,旨在协助学员探讨如何应对21世纪全球化和科技发展给治理国家带来的挑战。
The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore was formally established in 2004. Its predecessor was the master of Public Policy programme jointly established by the National University of Singapore and Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government in 1992. Through these international collaborations, the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is effectively enhancing its capacity to cultivate a new generation of global minded public policy makers.
Currently, the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy offers a PhD and four master's degree programmes: the Master in International Affairs(MIA), the Master in Public Policy(MPP), the Master in Public Administration(MPA), and the Master in Public Administration and Management(MPAM),taught in Chinese. Designed for leaders in the public service sector, state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and non-profit organizations, it aims to help participants explore how to address the challenges of governance posed by globalization and technological advances in the 21st century.

With the fast expanding Chinese economy and its rapid integration with the rest of the world, there is a great and increasing need for public administration education among government officials and state-owned enterprise (SOE) executives from China and other emerging economies. In order to satisfy the learning needs of high-level cadres from China and the Chinese regions, the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore offers the world's only master's degree programme taught in Chinese that integrates public and economic management.The aim is to train senior managers who have both a public policy perspective and business management skills for Chinese-speaking Asia, that are competent at key management positions at all levels of government, on the international stage, and in the private sector. Graduates will be awarded a Master's degree in Public Administration and Management from the National University of Singapore.
